Our library is going to have engaging Explorer and Discovery Kits that you can check out and try new things at home. Have you always wanted to learn to make tortillas but didn’t want to invest in a tortilla press? Check out our Tortilla Kit that includes a cast iron tortilla press and a recipe book. Do you love Pride and Prejudice? Check out our kit that includes the book, the movie (both the BBC and the zombie version!), and an accompanying card game.
We’ll have numerous kits for children as well as adults to give you the tools to learn everything from crochet to cheesemaking, and to explore interests ranging from constellations and dinosaurs to sensory bins and magic tricks.
As we are building these kits, we are looking for individuals and businesses to sponsor them. We welcome your help and ideas for additional kits.
